New projector lamp: what can we do if it does not light after we bought it?

Hello,
I bought a projector lamp, arriving home it is already out of use. I sent you an email to tell you this bad surprise. You asked me to return it and that's what I've done about 6 weeks ago. Now, I'd like to hear about this lamp for my projector because I really need this equipment.

Hello,
We have received your lamp on 10th of September and now, we are on the testing phase.
You have been granted a refund of 40% because the lamp works perfectly and has not been damaged during transport as you mentioned in your request.
We considered that a working lamp was delivered and the status of the lamp does not correspond to your description, we retained the fees because the lamp will no longer be sold at its original price.
Do you have any comments before we proceed to refund?

I do not understand how the projector lamp may work for you but not for us? I have not checked myself, the checking was done by a trained and qualified electrician, so when he told me that the projector lamp was out of service, I gave him confidence.

Hello,
When you install a new lamp for projector, a bad contact can exclude light.
If you have not reset the lamp timer projector, it can also cause the same problem.
Our test materials are provided by manufacturers and we have no incentive to lie to a customer if the lamp does not work. And then, the exchange does not cost money, it is the lamp supplier which supports it.
